What we do?
We provide domiciliary care to the elderly or disabled individuals who have difficulty performing their daily activities on their own. Optimal PVT Ltd also provides personal care making it possible for our service users to maintain their independence in the comforts of their homes instead of moving to an assisted-living facility. Our dedication will give you peace of mind as your loved one will not have to worry about losing their independence or have struggles with their everyday tasks because our cares will be at their service when they need them. With our live-in care facility, you don’t have to worry about a loved one regularly needs help at night as we have experienced carers to take care of that.

The Registered Manager
Our Registered Manager is an experienced Nurse with over 13 years’ experience working within various sectors of the healthcare profession including clinics, hospitals, primary care sector and academia. Strong Healthcare background and proven track record in leading and managing teams. Ability to balance strategic decisions with financial discipline to deliver high quality patient centred care. Engaging communicator with extensive experience presenting at board level, including local, regional and national conferences. A Good understanding of the complexities of the NHS .
The Company Director
Our Director is an ambitious, compassionate and progressive individual who has been working in the health sector for over a decade. The director has worked for the Local authority and for the national care regulator (CQC) particularly in the Expert by Experience programme which helped the regulator engage with seldom heard community groups to gather intelligence which is then used to help with the monitoring of the quality of services on an ongoing basis. The programme allowed the director to interact and work with people from various walks of life including individuals with dementia, physical impairment, sensory impairment, eating disorders and worked with families who had supported a loved one through end-of-life care. He has also worked with Healthwatch England (Your Health and Social Care champion) which was established under the Health and Social Care Act 2012 to understand the needs, experiences and concerns of people who use health and social care services and to speak out on their behalf.
